Lifestyle Coach for Women
Rhona works with women who are struggling to cope with the constant stress they face on a daily basis, and helps them to rediscover their inner strength, vitality and love of life.
Rhona’s programmes were initially derived from her first hand experience of trying to juggle the demands of a challenging career as a senior manager with the challenges of bringing up two young children.
The formula she uses to help transform her clients’ lives is based on what has helped her personally. This formula enabled Rhona to make the necessary changes in her own life, which took her from the point of struggling to cope. She was able to regain the necessary balance to enable her to enjoy life again. This is something, which she is passionate about sharing with others.
Rhona has a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from the Coaching Academy and, in addition she is a fully qualified Reiki Master Teacher.
Rhona works with clients on a 1:1 basis and she also runs group-coaching sessions especially designed for women.

Registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and member of the Complementary Medical Association
Janet has always been passionate about both cooking and eating good food and worked for many years in catering management. Her nutritional interest developed when her teenage daughter was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME).
Conventional medicine could not provide any answers to this puzzling illness but after much research it became clear to Janet that the application of science through nutritional therapy offered an effective, natural approach that could not only support her daughter’s recovery but also improve the health and vitality of many people. She went on to qualify as a nutritional therapist studying at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London and is a full member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy.
She sees clients at her home clinic in Knaphill, Woking and at Newphoria in Walton On Thames and has developed a special interest in supporting clients suffering from stress related problems, anxiety and fatigue (including chronic fatigue syndrome) and in helping ladies enjoy great health through the menopausal years and beyond. Janet also works with the Chrysalis Effect, a new supported recovery programme for sufferers of chronic fatigue syndrome/ME/fibromyalgia.

Breathwork Practitioner at Spinalbreath

Judith came across Breathwork by chance whilst on an alternative holiday in Spain in 2001. During a session she had an experience which changed her life. What she found to be most astonishing was that such powerful transformation could take place through the simple act of breathing.
She then began a personal development course in 2002 and as it was so effective she went on to complete a 3 year training course and qualified as a Breathwork Practitioner in 2005. She finds it a privilege to be able to facilitate such positive changes in her clients’ lives by teaching them to breathe correctly.
She is married with 3 children and 2 grand-children and lives in Woking.
